Ayaz Asadov was born in Baku in 1982. In 2002, he graduated from the Azerbaijan University, Faculty of International Relations. 

Ayaz Asadov worked at the telecommunocation company AZQTEL LLC as a Logistics Manager from 2010 to 2014 . From 2014 to 2017 he worked as Tax Consultant managing financial and accounting database of five companies . Before joining AHA, Ayaz continued his career as Chief Accountant in PAKA Group LLC and Sabah Football Club.

From Febuary 2020, Ayaz is working in AHA as Accountant managing day-to-day financial operations.
