Organized by the Azerbaijan Hotel Association and with the support of the State Tourism Agency first Specialized Hospitality Training for 250 hotels and other accommodations in the Baku, Absheron, Sumqayit regions has been held.
The main goal of the training is to increase the number of specialized and professional employees and improve the overall quality level of service in the hospitality industry.
During training participants got an opportunity to grasp practical skills and learn from the experience of local specialists in the following sectors; Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Leadership.
