The following general legal information in writing or orally is given to Azerbaijan Hotel Association members free of charge:
- Short inquiries with a focus on labor law, guest accommodation contracts, tourism law, immigration law;
- Brief inquiries about hotel-specific management (management contract, lease, occupational safety);
- General hotel-specific legal information;
- Mediation of lawyers and consultants;
- Guest Complaint Management;
In the area of human resources:
- on the principle of working time, rest time and vacation accounting;
- on the principle of accounting for illness, accident, maternity, and military service;
- to evaluate food and accommodation;
- on social security law;
