On June 12, the high professionalism, passion and creativity of the chefs at the AHA Hotel Chef Skills Showdown held at our valued partner CÀSÀ BAKU with the participation of 12 member hotels, amazed both the guests and the jury.
In the 2-hour competition, the chefs battled head-to-head to present their signature dishes impeccably to the high-esteemed jury.
Final results were determined by an expert jury of CÀSÀ.
Thus, we present winners with great pleasure!
1st place - Kamil Bafadarov Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts , Baku
2nd place - Akram Karimli Fairmont Baku, Flame Towers
3rd place - Farac Abasquluzada JW Marriott Absheron Baku
The third place winner was awarded with food safety training from CÀSÀ Culinary Center, the second place winner was awarded with professional chef knife set from AHA, and the first place winner was awarded with a 3 nights/4 days vacation package to Montenegro from PASHA Travel.
