AHA is working at full speed in the direction of upgrading the service level in the regions.
On October 27, with the initiative of the Fairmont Baku Hotel, the "Compelling Guest Interaction" training was organized in cooperation with the Guba Regional Tourism Department of the State Tourism Agency.
In the training held at Quba Palace hotel, the professionals from Fairmont Baku hotel shared their expertise with the employees of hotels operating in the Guba region, demonstrated role playing and scenario based training techniques.
Trainings were held simultaneously for Front Office, Food and Beverage, Kitchen and Housekeeping departments and the participants learned about guest welcoming, registration, menu presentation, food safety and hygiene standards, proper housekeeping service, correct application of chemical cleaning agents and other important topics.
It was the start of Fairmont Baku Hotel’s corporate social responsibility project, which aims to increase guest satisfaction in the regions and the series of trainings will continue in other regions as well. Thanks to Fairmont Baku Hotel management and all team members that participated in such an important initiative.
