Originally from Mumbai, Nilesh began his career as assistant food and beverage manager at The Oberoi Airport Services in Mumbai, later moving to The St. Regis Singapore, The Ritz-Carlton, Bali, Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts, Maldives, Marriott International Singapore.
