On April 26, the Azerbaijan Hotel Association (AHA) participated in a meeting with the Public Council under the Ministry of Economy on "Public Discussion in the Field of Tourism."
The meeting discussed proposals that are important for the development of the tourism industry.
The proposals and problems submitted to AHA by the industry were brought to the attention of the members of the Public Council.
Among the proposals were issues such as the mechanism of hotel investment promotion in the regions, support for financial accessibility, the application of property tax exemptions for hotels operating in the regions and the application of differential VAT.
