AHA attended 4th meeting of the Azerbaijan-Turkey Joint Tourism Working Group

On February 6, the 4th meeting of the Azerbaijan-Turkey Joint Tourism Working Group was held in Baku. The discussions focused on bilateral and international cooperation in the tourism sector, tourism education, the management of coastal areas for tourism purposes, health tourism, and improving the legislative framework for sustainable tourism.
The meeting, co-chaired by Azade Huseynova, Deputy Chairman of the State Tourism Agency, and Nadir Alpaslan, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of Turkey, also included representatives of specialized tourism industry organizations, including AHA.
During the meeting, the activities carried out within the framework of the Joint Action Plan for 2024 were evaluated, and a new Joint Action Plan for 2025 was discussed.
As a result of the meeting, a Protocol was signed between the State Tourism Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey.
