Azerbaijan Hotel Association created an expert commission to discuss the review and implementation of Decree 287 admitted by CABMIN on “Organization of hotels’ operation in the Azerbaijan Republic during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic".
On 12 August, AHA held the meeting between commission and officials of STA to address the potential questions, concerns and feedback of member hotels regarding decree. During the meeting hoteliers shared their experience regarding preparations for reopening according to new normal and their new strategies.
On 14th August,AHA prepared and submitted an official letter to the head of STA on on important commentary, operational challanges and optional recommendations in implementation new meaures to ensure safety and security of guests and hotel personnel.
