AHA at the Azerbaijan Tourism Summit 2019

On 29th November, the State Tourism Agency together with the Azerbaijan Tourism Board will organise the biggest tourism event of the year - the Azerbaijan Tourism Summit 2019 at the Baku Convention Centre. As the Azerbaijan Hotel Association, we are also part of the annual Tourism Summit, offering all of our support as well as our very own panel session full of inspiration: Best Practices in Hospitality. Three sessions on hospitality best practices will be covered including on the topics of ‘Successful Hotel E-Marketing and Social Media Strategies’, ‘We are Ladies and Gentlemen Serving Ladies and Gentleman’; ‘Best Practices in the Use of National Brands and Features in the Hotel’. Max Venturelli, the Director of Operations at JW Marriott Absheron Baku, Ulviyya Talishinskaya, Director of Marketing at Four Seasons Baku, and Najaf Badalov, General Manager of Marxal Resort Baku, will share their many years of experience.
