Azerbaijan Hotel Association calls hotels to take necessary measures on fraud comments and ratings in hotels social media, OTA accounts and platforms such as TripAdvisor, Google. These kind of actions lead to significant decrease of hotel’s rating and ranking while also damaging country image in international arena. We would like to request all hotels to constantly monitor guest reviews in all channels and report/mark irrelevant and biased comments.
- Please, track all reviews in your official hotel Social Media, OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia etc.), other platforms (Google My Business, Tripadvisor etc);
- Please report or delete inappropriate and fraud comments, reviews
